We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our Farmers Insurance team as a Protégé Agency Producer. This position is designed to train and mentor aspiring insurance professionals with the ultimate goal of preparing them to own and operate their own Farmers Insurance agency.
The Protégé Agency Producer will receive hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service while developing the skills necessary to successfully run an agency. This role offers a clear path to agency ownership for high-performing individuals who demonstrate the drive and potential to succeed.

Salary Range: $28,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Insurance Agent in Training
1+ years of sales or customer service experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance licenses (preferred) or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and a sense of urgency.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Familiarity with marketing strategies, including social media and networking.
Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Sales Development:
Drive insurance sales by identifying and pursuing leads, cross-selling, and upselling policies to new and existing customers.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage for their needs.
Business Development:
Actively market insurance products and services through networking, social media, and community involvement.
Identify and execute strategies to grow the agency’s book of business.
Training and Development:
Participate in Farmers Insurance training programs to learn about products, systems, and processes.
Receive mentorship from the agency owner to develop the skills needed for agency ownership.
Administrative Support:
Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing as needed.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
