Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Previous Agency Experience 2+ years
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Be a trustworthy individual who has high integrity and a good work ethic

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Develop insurance quotes
- Providing insurance leads (Life) to the agency owner from the existing book of business
- Setting appointments for the agency owner
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
