Requirements


Licensing: You’ll need to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (support is provided).


Sales Skills: Proven sales ability and strong communication skills (verbal and written).


Tech Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft products and a willingness to learn other systems.


Self-Motivation: This is an independent role, so being a confident self-starter is crucial.


US Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.


Responsibilities

Lead Generation: You’ll be responsible for daily prospecting, which includes networking, cold calling, and using referrals to develop leads and schedule appointments.


Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients and ensure their insurance needs are met.


Mentorship & Training: Work closely with a mentor agent to hone your marketing and sales skills, as well as attend regular training sessions.

Client Support: Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, and claims while maintaining organized records of client interactions.
