Requirements:
Licensing: Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses (Farmers will assist you in the process if you don't have them yet).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as you’ll be interacting with clients regularly.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft products and the ability to quickly learn other systems is necessary.
Self-Starter: This program requires someone who is confident and can work well independently.

A Day in the Life of a Protégé Agent:
Lead Development: You'll be actively prospecting, setting appointments, and identifying customers' needs. Networking, cold calling, and referrals will be key sources of leads.
Mentorship: You will work alongside a mentor agent, learning the ins and outs of the business, and meeting marketing goals.
Customer Service: Answering calls and emails regarding policies, coverage, and claims will be a part of your daily responsibilities.
