As an Insurance Salesperson, you will help grow our agency one customer relationship at a time. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process. We are seeking someone who is positive, inviting, and motivated to exceed sales targets.

If you sell an average of 35 items per month (autos, homes, renters, PUPs, etc) you would make an average of about $61K/year in salary plus commissions, before including bonuses and benefits.

Century Club (100 items/month) salespersons would earn an average of $190K/yr, before bonuses and benefits.

Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $160,000.00 per year
