• Work Agency-Provided Leads - Engage with warm leads through phone, email, and in-person consultations to assess their insurance needs.
• Sell Insurance Policies – Recommend suitable auto, home, life, and business insurance policies based on client needs.
• Educate & Advise Clients – Explain policy benefits, coverage options, and pricing to help clients make informed decisions.
• Close Sales & Process Applications – Guide clients through the application process efficiently and accurately.
• Meet Sales Goals – Work towards individual and team-based sales targets to maximize earnings through commissions and bonuses.
• Stay Compliant & Informed – Keep up to date with industry regulations and product offerings.
