Were hiring an organized and personable Administrative Assistant to support our Client Account Specialist (CAS) and help ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls, managing scheduling, and performing administrative tasks that contribute to a high level of customer care.
Location: In-Person | Montgomery, TX Office
Valid TX General Lines Property & Casualty License required
Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must possess a valid TX General Lines Property & Casualty License.
- Friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong written communication skills, including email and text.
- Proficient with computer systems and basic software tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Willingness to take on new tasks as assigned.
- Minimum 2 year prior customer service experience required.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, gather necessary information, and assist or transfer to the appropriate team member.
- Conduct Renewal Reviews with Clients
- Schedule appointments and send renewal reminder emails.
- Process client payments.
- Reach out to current clients to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the CAS with various tasks.
- Maintain organized records and assist in other duties as needed.
