We’re looking for an organized and personable Administrative Assistant to support our Client Account Specialist (CAS) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As a key point of contact, you’ll handle inbound calls, manage scheduling, and assist with administrative tasks to maintain exceptional client service.
Location: In-Person Montgomery TX Office (Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM)
Salary Range: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Requirements
- Friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong written communication skills, including email and text.
- Proficient with computer systems and basic software tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Willingness to take on new tasks as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year prior customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, gather necessary information, and transfer to the appropriate team member.
- Schedule appointments and send renewal reminder emails.
- Process client payments.
- Reach out to current clients to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the CAS with various tasks.
- Maintain organized records and assist in other duties as needed.
