• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales or telemarketing experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Be capable of handling customer rejection

• Generating insurance live transfers to our sales agents.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Maintains phone time or transfer quotas as determined by management
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services
