Experienced applicants can expect to make $50,000 first year and top performers earn an additional $20,000 to 30,000 in commission and bonuses. • Candidate must have an active Property and Causalty License
• Life and Annuity License a plus
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing is a plus
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to create strong relationships
• Be a fantastic presenter, equipped with great listening and closing skills
• Must be highly self-motivated and capable of handling customer rejection

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Solicits for new business via telephone, direct email, networking, and perform other lead generation activities
• Be outstanding at relationship building
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
• Ask each customer for referrals and develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities
