• Two year associate or college degree preferred
• 2+ years insurance customer service experience required.
• Detail oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
• Strong computer and technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with critical problem solving skills.
• High degree of self motivation and self direction

• Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and cross sell.
• Assist with policy changes by processing endorsements
• Create Certificates of Insurance as needed
• Answer client questions, respond to email and company requests, problem solve, and follow up in accordance with agency guidelines. 
• Educate and advise clients to build positive relationships.
