About the Role

Farmers Insurance – Daryl Santos Insurance Agency is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administration / Customer Service Sales Representative Assistant to help us take exceptional care of our largely Spanish‑speaking client base.

This is a front‑line, client‑facing role: you’ll be the first voice and face many of our customers interact with. Your main goals:

1. Answer and support clients with warmth and professionalism
2. Book Protection & Discount Reviews for our licensed agents
3. Keep our systems and follow‑ups tight so nothing falls through the cracks

Who You Are:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (comfortable on the phone and via text in both)
• Has an undeniable strong sense of belief in themself and open-minded to growth
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to multitask and follow through without micromanagement
• Self-motivated, with a desire to grow in a sales-oriented environment
• Comfortable using technology such as CRM systems, G-suites (email, word, sheets), and scheduling tools (Calendly)
• Passionate about customer service and working with a purpose-driven team
• Interested in a long-term career in insurance, customer support, or business administration

Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college a plus

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement & Support

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and messages with a friendly, professional tone
• Provide basic information, take payments, process simple requests, and route more complex issues to licensed staff

Lead Generation & Appointment Scheduling

• Proactively reach out to existing clients to schedule Protection & Discount Reviews with licensed agents
• Confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up afterward

Administrative & CRM Support

• Update client records, notes, and tasks in our systems
• Assist with document handling, data entry, and internal follow‑ups

Sales Team Collaboration

• Work closely with our licensed agents to help them hit daily and weekly review and sales goals
• Track your own activity and results (calls, conversations, appointments booked, etc.)

Marketing & Outreach Support

• Help execute simple call, text, and email outreach campaigns to our current clients
• Log results and feedback to improve future campaigns
