Mon-Fri Schedule

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. 

• Strong communication and customer service skills. 

• Ability to work in a team-oriented office environment. 

• Property and Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain). 

• Goal-driven and able to thrive under performance metrics. 

• Sell Farmers Personal Lines and Business Lines insurance policies. 

• Maintain a full-time office schedule (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM). 

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with bonus opportunities for high performance. 

• Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and follow-up. 

• Accurately document and track sales performance in agency systems.
