• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.

• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

• Work with our clients to ensure they have the personal insurance coverage they need to protect themselves and their assets.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
