Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Architect: Develop deep roots with clients by understanding their lives and providing personalized solutions that truly protect them.
  • The Saver: Putting your customers' needs first comes naturally to you.
  • Proactive Protection Reviews: Connect with our current customers to review their existing coverage, ensuring their policies still fit their lives and identifying any new gaps where they might be at risk.
  • Dedicated Account Support: Be the go-to resource for our existing clients—helping them navigate changes to their current policies, answering "what if" questions, and ensuring their insurance experience is seamless.
  • Goal Crusher: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our products. We celebrate our wins loudly!
  • Policy Pro: Manage policy terms with high integrity and attention to detail, ensuring our clients are always covered and compliant.
  • Market Expert: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities to serve our community.
