Remote Outbound Insurance Sales Representative - Experience Required

The Danny Day Agency is seeking an Outbound Insurance Sales Producer to join our Sales Team! You will be responsible for generating results by advising our future customers on their property and casualty insurance. We have been a pillar of our community for the last 15 years, involved in giving back to our community and our clients. Culture, Growth, and Client experience are all super important to us!

Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Must have your California State Property and Casualty Insurance License

Must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST

Responsibilities
  • Achieve goals and measureables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
  • Ensure that the Olson Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
  • Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
  • Responsible for accurate underwriting.
  • Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
  • Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
