Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

Insurance License: Hold a valid insurance license (or obtain one within a specified timeframe) to sell insurance in Texas.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or a related field.


Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain complex insurance concepts.


Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients based on trust and expertise.


Self-Motivated: A proactive and driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.


Integrity: Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.


Sales Mindset: Determined to succeed and be the best. It's not an easy road, but it will be very rewarding. If you're up for it.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and presenting suitable options.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business and expand our client base.


Insurance Consultation: Guide clients through the insurance selection process, offering expert advice and recommending coverage that aligns with their specific needs.


Compensation Based on Performance: The more you sell, the more you make. That simple. We're not looking for a seat warmer. We're looking for someone who has a clear vision of what they want to accomplish and is motivated to succeed.
