Your primary responsibility is to provide an unparalleled customer experience by assisting with their needs, offering support, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their journey with us.
You will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships by proactively reaching out to check on their satisfaction, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring everything continues smoothly for them. In addition, you will perform a variety of administrative duties to help the company stay organized and run efficiently.
