Farmers Insurance is seeking a licensed and customer-focused District Retention Specialist (DRS) to join our Sacramento District team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting agency owners by enhancing customer retention through proactive outreach and relationship-building. You'll serve as both a customer advocate and retention expert, helping to strengthen policyholder satisfaction and agency growth.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 per year

Will be appointed exclusively as a District Retention Specialist for Farmers Insurance

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple customer interactions daily

Conduct proactive outreach (calls, emails, texts) to at-risk customers to retain policies and reduce cancellations

Assist with billing questions, coverage adjustments, deductible changes, and discount applications

Support agency teams with best practices for retention and customer service

Track and report on policies retained, rewritten, or added through your engagement

Maintain an in-depth understanding of Farmers Insurance products, retention tools, and customer service techniques
