Salary Range: $650,000.00 per year

·        Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED).

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.

·        Strong knowledge of various lines of commercial insurance (GL, WC, BOP, Commercial Auto, etc.).

·        Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

·        Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial insurance business opportunities.

·        Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and strategic account management.

·        Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate commercial P&C coverages.

·        Collaborate with underwriting teams and carriers to secure competitive and customized quotes.

·        Stay current on industry trends, compliance changes, and carrier updates.
