Job Overview
We are hiring a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential loans through our wholesale lending platform.
This position provides access to multiple national lenders, competitive loan products, and established referral partnerships with local REALTORS and our in-house insurance team.
Active Texas MLO License (NMLS) is required before applying.

Requirements
- Active Texas MLO License (required)
- Prior loan origination experience preferred
- Strong understanding of wholesale products & guidelines
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, & production-focused
- Strong communication & relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple files, timelines, & partners

- Originate & process mortgage loans through wholesale lenders
- Deliver fast, accurate buyer pre-approvals
- Collaborate with REALTORS to strengthen purchase transactions
- Coordinate with the insurance team to ensure smooth closings
- Maintain compliance, accuracy, & timelines
