Job Overview
5 Life Insurance Agents will earn the opportunity to join our Top-Performing Agency where you get the Scripts, Recordings, & Tools you need to Scale.
This role is built for you if you want Flexibility, Independence, & High Commissions.
You’ll present Auto coverage with clarity, help families feel protected, & close policies using proven scripts. You’ll guide each conversation with confidence, overcome objections professionally, & track every Lead, Quote, & Sale in your CRM — staying organized, in control, & focused on results.

This Role Is NOT for You If
- You struggle to work independently
- You avoid the phone or hesitate to present Life coverage
- You need constant reminders, hand-holding, or daily check-ins
- You aren’t willing to follow proven scripts & a structured process
- You can’t manage your own schedule, workload, & pipeline
Salary Range: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

- Licensed Life & Health Agent (Texas)

- Present Life & Health coverage options tailored to each client's needs & goals
- Sell & promote Life Insurance
- Track every lead, quote, & sale in your CRM — your business, your responsibility
