5 Auto Insurance Agents will earn the opportunity to join our Top-Performing Agency where you get the Scripts, Recordings, & Tools you need to Scale.
This role is built for you if you want Flexibility, Independence, & High Commissions.
You’ll present Auto coverage with clarity, help families feel protected, & close policies using proven scripts. You’ll guide each conversation with confidence, overcome objections professionally, & track every Lead, Quote, & Sale in your CRM — staying organized, in control, & focused on results.

This Role Is NOT for You If…
- You struggle to work independently
- You avoid the phone or hesitate to present Auto coverage
- You need constant reminders, hand-holding, or daily check-ins

- You can’t manage your own schedule, workload, & pipeline
Salary Range: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
