We are seeking motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment. Your primary focus will be working with internet leads, making sales calls, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions. The base pay is $18-22 an hour based on experience with uncapped commission potential and performance-based bonuses, your earning potential is entirely in your hands. - Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required before start date)
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong passion for helping people and achieving goals
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Resilience & persistence in handling objections and overcoming challenges
- Time management & organizational skills to efficiently handle high call volumes and multiple leads
- Self-motivated & confident with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads – Identify potential clients through internet leads, networking, and referrals
- Engage & Educate Customers – Build strong relationships, assess insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate & Close Sales – Skillfully guide prospects through the sales process to convert leads into loyal customers
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service – Provide ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Set ambitious targets and implement strategies to consistently achieve them
- Stay Informed – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and competitors
