Job description:

• We’re looking for a Property & Casualty Sales Producer who knows how to hunt new business, nurture leads like a pro and turn prospects into loyal clients.

Experience:

• Insurance sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of successful sales or business development experience.
• No insurance experience needed. We’ve got you covered with all the training you’ll need to thrive.
• Confidence, charisma, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
• CRM experience a plus
• Networking
• Active P&C License or willing to obtain license

DAILY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create P&C insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone (we’ll provide all the leads you’ll ever need).
• Ensure all prospects and clients have an amazing experience.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
• Willing to actively prospect for new business
