Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-tier client service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct detailed policy reviews, identifying areas for coverage enhancement.
  • Contribute to product presentations, educating clients on insurance options and benefits.
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to strengthen your insurance knowledge and sales skills.
