Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or a similar customer service field.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers in the pawn shop, offering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Evaluation: Assess and evaluate items brought in by customers for pawn or sale, using your knowledge to determine value accurately.

Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms with customers regarding loans or prices, ensuring fair and beneficial transactions.

Inventory Management: Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions, including loans, sales, and inventory.

Sales Optimization: Promote and sell a variety of items available in the shop, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Relationship: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with repeat customers, enhancing customer loyalty and shop reputation.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all legal and company regulations to ensure ethical and compliant business operations.
