Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in sales recruiting, is highly desirable.
Communication: Superior verbal and written communication capabilities.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Locational Requirement: Must be able to work on-site at our Cincinnati, Ohio office.
Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek out and identify potential sales candidates through various platforms and channels.
Job Posting: Create engaging job descriptions and post them on appropriate platforms to attract top talent.
Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for sales roles, focusing on qualifications and experience.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews with prospective candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Networking: Attend industry events and meetups to build a network of potential candidates.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interviews, feedback, and hiring progress.
