Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license required (assistance available)

Responsibilities
  • Leverage the agency’s automated lead system to generate and manage new business opportunities
  • Utilize and grow your personal network by identifying lead opportunities and potential sources of referrals within your sphere of influence
  • Proactively follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and text
  • Build relationships with existing client base, conduct coverage reviews, and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop customized insurance quotes tailored to client needs
  • Deliver professional, persuasive presentations
  • Close new business and consistently meet or exceed production goals
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
