Hybrid opportunity available after initial training, subject to production requirements.
Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $30,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $20,000
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $36,000 and our top earners made $40,000 in commission last year.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Current insurance licenses are preferred, but not an absolute requirement.
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
