Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Become the lead Sales Producer in our agency
Complete all necessary Licensing
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
No personal CellPhone use during business
Complete all milestones necessary for Required training
Complete target goals in a timely manner
Hire and manage necessary staff
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Process customer policy change requests.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
