We are currently looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager with 3-5 years insurance experience who has outstanding attention to detail. As an Account Manager on our team, you will be responsible for handling a book of Personal Lines accounts working on both renewal and new business opportunities. You will work closely with Associate Account Managers and Producers to provide a seamless client experience. Your optimistic and upbeat personality will aid in building rapport with our clients, and your pursuit of continual learning will aid you in advancing your insurance career. Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • 3-5 years insurance experience, independent agency experience a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is helpful.
  • Computer and technical proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 
  • Personal Lines License 
Responsibilities

Monitor account list for accurate and timely renewal of policies while actively trying to round and cross sell.

Quoting new business opportunities.

Assisting with applications, prepare renewals, and issuing ID Cards and Binders as requested.

Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Obtain and ensure current and accurate information and document it per agency standards.

Interact with clients in a professional manner in all communications, including telephone, email and in person.
