Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a retail or service environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions that meet customer needs.

Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and enhance client satisfaction.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with customer management systems.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding Culligan Water products and services.

Schedule Calls for Service:: Handle customer request for service with accurate data entry.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Communication: Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
