Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and inventory management.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Flexible Schedule: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Reliability: Strong punctuality and dependability skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Accurately receive, process, and store incoming materials, ensuring the proper organization and inventory levels are maintained.

Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move products throughout the facility.

Quality Control: Conduct inspections and quality checks of merchandise to ensure it meets company standards and report any discrepancies.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and resolve any operational challenges effectively.
