Requirements

Education: A degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within industrial or commercial environments.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with water treatment systems and related products is a plus.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while staying committed to team goals.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing commercial and industrial customers.

Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of client water treatment systems and recommend tailored solutions.

Solution Selling: Present Culligan Water's products and services to meet client-specific needs and improve their operations.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed set sales goals for the commercial and industrial sector.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide the best solutions for clients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales proposals, and contracts.
