Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the water treatment or related industry.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of water treatment systems, processes, and solutions is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs and build long-lasting relationships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable water treatment solutions.
Self-Motivated: Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setup. Culligan offers a consistent flow of sales leads and the successful candidate will know how to mix the provided leads with the ability and desire to find new opportunities independently as well.
Team Spirit: Collaborative nature and ability to work well within a team.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients, understanding their unique water treatment needs.
Consultative Selling: Use a customer-focused approach to understand specific customer requirements and offer tailored water treatment solutions.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the current water treatment systems and propose enhancements or new installations.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that articulate the benefits of Culligan's services and products to potential clients.
