Salary Range: $500,000.00 - $800,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience as a Field Service Technician or in a related technical - mechanical role is highly valued.

Technical Skills: Previous water treatment experience will make you stand out BUT NOT REQUIRED.

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues efficiently. Successful candidates possess the ability to think their way through new obstacles/situations and resolve them.

Physical Ability: Capability to handle physical workload of at least 50 pounds, including moving and installing equipment.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and addressing client needs.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to customers.

Qualifications: Relevant technical certifications or training preferred.

Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when needed.

Responsibilities

Onsite Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns on-site.

Installation: Assist with the installation of water treatment systems in both residential and commercial locations.

Testing: Conduct water quality tests to ensure systems function optimally and meet safety standards.

Documentation: Accurately record maintenance activities, service calls, and system updates in the company's records.

Inventory Management: Maintain and track equipment, tools, and parts inventories as needed for service tasks.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and standards to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and customers.
