At Cromwell & Ney Insurance Agency, we are seeking a customer service-driven individual to join our team as a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and promoting retention. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to receive continued training with us. We believe in investing in our employee's growth and development and will pay for 100% of insurance licensing fees for the qualified individual.

We are seeking a career-minded individual with a positive attitude. As a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance sales. Insurance Experience is NOT required. However, some sales and customer service experience is. The base salary for the entry-level position is $41,000 per year. With added bonuses, you may make up to $????? In the 1st year.
