At Cromwell & Ney Insurance Agency, we are seeking a customer service-driven individual to join our team as a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and promoting retention. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to receive continued training with us. We believe in investing in our employee's growth and development and will pay for 100% of insurance licensing fees for the qualified individual.

No insurance experience? No problem!

We are seeking a career-minded individual with a positive attitude. As a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance sales. Insurance Experience is NOT required. However, some sales and customer service experience is. The base salary for the entry-level position is $41,000 per year. With added bonuses, you may make up to $????? In the 1st year.

We are seeking an individual experienced in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will know about managing accounts for commercial lines. A property and casualty license is a must. You will be responsible for assisting and managing a book of business. The base salary for this position is $60,000 per year. With added bonuses, you may make up to $????.

Salary: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Utilize excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the client. Ensure transparency, honesty, and empathy in interactions.
  • Follow up with clients to communicate, share, and discuss all important information
  • Advise and Educate clients on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals. 
  • Address the client’s concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally. 
  • Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
  • Shop renewals based on business updates and plans and current market conditions. 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.

Requirements

  • Property and Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED. Will Pay 100% for Licensing.
  • 1+ years of face-to-face customer service insurance experience OR
  • 1+ years of face-to-face sales/customer service experience (phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, luxury retail sales, collection agencies, car sales, lenders, servers, bartenders)
  • Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
  • Detail-oriented, out-of-the-box problem solver
