We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our clients and sales team through day-to-day service, policy assistance, and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and working in a collaborative environment.

  • Base salary of $27,319 per year plus commission and bonus incentives, year-end total $30,000-$45,000
  • Monday through Friday schedule

  • Fluent in Spanish required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized with solid time management abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
  • Answer client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with quotes, policy changes, payments, and service requests
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Review audits and policy details
  • Support team members to ensure excellent client service
