We are looking for a goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-achieving team. In this role, you’ll engage inbound leads, provide expert guidance, and help clients choose the right insurance solutions to protect what matters most. With no cold calling required, you’ll be supported by call-ins from Google Ads, direct mail campaigns, live transfers, and niche market interest in our classic car programs. You’ll enjoy a friendly, close-knit environment where recognition, flexibility, and growth opportunities are part of the package.

This position offers a base of $35,000-$37,000 + commission and bonus potential with first year on track earnings of $60,000-$80,000+
