• A Property & Casualty license is required, but we will help you get your license if needed.
• 3-6 Years Customer Service Experience
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer software proficiency including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
• Using your keen attention to detail, you'll be assisting clients with upselling or cross-selling, and rounding out their accounts.
• Use your savvy skills to issue insurance documentation and assist clients with policy changes.
• With your excellent rapport-building talents, you'll be shopping renewals and working to maintain client retention.
