This role serves as a training and growth position, with clear opportunities to advance into Customer Service, Account Management, or Producer roles based on performance and consistency.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

• Handle inbound calls and route opportunities appropriately

• Transfer qualified opportunities to licensed team members
• Accurately document all activity and notes in the CRM system
• Follow daily call, activity, and follow-up standards
• Maintain professionalism and consistency in all client interactions
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
