We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Insurance Telemarketer to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will be the voice of our agency, contacting prospective clients to set appointments for our licensed sales professionals. Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong phone communication skills and a friendly personality
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license (we will cover licensing costs and support you through the process)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule insurance consultations
- Follow provided scripts and marketing strategies to increase engagement
- Assist in developing and managing social media and digital campaigns
- Track outreach efforts and maintain lead databases
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into policies
