Requirements
A natural-born closer who thrives in a high-energy sales environment
Competitive, motivated, and driven by success & commissions
Confident in making outbound calls and developing new relationships
Coachable and eager to learn from Farmers’ best-in-class training program
Licensed (or willing to obtain a license) in Property & Casualty, Life & Health
Responsibilities
Establishing relationships and generating insurance quotes through networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
Educate clients on auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions
Customize policies to fit individual client needs and close the sale
Build long-term relationships with customers and maximize cross-selling opportunities
