Country Harbor Agency is looking for motivated Insurance Sales Reps to join our dynamic team. In this role you will have the opportunity to build relationships, close sales, and contribute to our mission of providing excellent insurance solutions to our client. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help may make you the perfect fit for this role.

Would you like to continue receiving compensation for the business you build today (full commission on renewals) and see your percentage of compensation increase as your book of business increases tomorrow (increasing commission growth tiers)? Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active P&C insurance license with some sales experience (insurance or other industries)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and independently
  • Team player with a self-starter mindset and goal-oriented attitude
  • Strong professional phone and office etiquette
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address needs
  • Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Generate referrals and network to expand client base
  • Foster long-term client retention and satisfaction
