Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications related to customer service or a related field are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in a customer service role, preferably in a financial or insurance environment.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, find solutions, and provide exceptional service.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of client records.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using customer management software and standard office applications such as MS Office, Outlooks and Teams.

Candidates must be willing to obtain a home, auto, life and health insurance license within 90 days of hire (training provided).
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Account Management: Manage and update client accounts, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
