We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by sales success. You will be responsible for selling tailored insurance solutions, reviewing existing client coverages, and playing a key leadership role within the office. We offer a competitive base salary of $35,000-$55,000 (depending on experience), plus uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses. Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to confidently engage with the public.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while staying motivated.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on helping clients first.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently while contributing to office goals.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Sell insurance products to new clients, helping them find the best coverage for their needs.
  • Proactively review and update existing clients’ policies to ensure adequate protection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the community to drive referrals and business growth.
  • Provide leadership within the office, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and Country Financial products to best serve clients.
