• Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid state (IL, IN, and/or WI) life insurance license within 45 days of hire. Licensing assistance provided.
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related industry is advantageous, but not required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Customer Focused Sales Proficiency: Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills. with demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and meet client expectations and needs.
