• Active Property & Casualty License in Kansas or Missouri (required)
• Life License is a plus but not required
• Insurance or sales experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-motivation

• Build and manage your own client base
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Quote and bind auto, home, life, and business policies
• Deliver exceptional ongoing service and policy reviews

• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, renewals, and client activity
