Our fast-growing insurance brokerage is looking for an ethical, hardworking, Team player looking for a new opportunity to learn, grow and advance. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position M-F. Our Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer questions that our clients may have.

 

We have extensive industry experience and are looking to share this with someone who is eager to learn and grow in this field. Insurance industry experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in written communication.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options based upon client needs and their personal goals.
  • Sales Team support.
  • Claims support.
  • Document client phone calls and correspondence in our customer management system.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
